It’s sad. Thus far, I’ve taken one photo upon my arrival Austin, Texas. Why!?
Because it’s sweltering hot!!
What does that have anything to do with my photography?
Because I carry an umbrella everywhere I walk so it’s not handy to whip my camera out of my purse.
Oh, and because it’s so hot, I don’t even want to make that effort to move.
I’ll acclimate myself to the heat and take more pictures. Promise. But for now, I present this one photo. It’s a picture of a bike in the courtyard of my dormitory. Austin is a bike-friendly city and lots of people have bikes here. I think I’m gonna purchase myself a bike and explore Austin on wheels. When it cools down, of course…
